ARDA 2010 Conference Attendees:
If you have not already done so, please register to attend the 2010 ARDA conference on our website – www.amraildev.com. The meeting will be held June 6–8, 2010, at the newly renovated Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort and Spa in Savannah, GA. The theme for our meeting is Leadership for Economic Recovery.
Conference registration fees are: $550 for members, $750 for non-members, $295 for retired non-voting members and $185 for guests/spouses.
In addition to our conference program, there are several optional events that are available. On Sunday June 6, there will be a golf outing at The Club at Savannah Harbor for an additional fee of $150, including lunch, Skeet Shooting at The Forest City Gun Club for a fee to be determined, and Spa Treatments at the new Westin Heavenly Spa at The Club at Savannah Harbor offered at a 20% discount. All merchandise at The Club pro shop and the Spa is available at a 20% discount to conference attendees.
On Monday June 7, there will be a Guest/Spouse tour of two private homes and gardens, followed by lunch at The Olde Pink House restaurant. There is no additional charge for this event for registered guests/spouses, but you must register in advance on our website to attend.
Our room rate at the Westin is $199 per night plus taxes (the resort fee of $19 per night is included in our rate). The Westin will honor this rate for the period June 4 through 10. Please make your reservation by calling Westin at 1-800-228-3000 and advise that you are attending the ARDA conference.
Thank you and we look forward to seeing everyone in Savannah!
Sincerely,
Richard C. Sibley
