Edgewater Reservations can be made anytime prior to May 5, 2011.  Please let them know you are with the American Railway Development Association to receive our group room rates.  Group rates will be honored for 3 days prior and 3 days after our meeting dates dependant upon availability. 

The Edgewater has a 48 hour cancellation policy in effect.
