It is with great pleasure that I want to announce a couple of new aspect's to our Annual Meeting (Progam Summary) and a savings plan for you. First, we are going to rearrange our schedule as a result of member recommendations (see Event Summary for detailed Descriptions). We will be moving the golf event back to Sunday morning and we are considering offering a technology based alternative. Since we are going to be in Santa Fe, what better place to offer a little mountaineering mixed with a GPS scavenger hunt? Second, we are planning on ending our sessions a little earlier on Monday and leaving the evening open for you to explore the city, or entertain your colleagues and business partners. We will also be leaving the Hospitality Suite open during this time if you wish to come socialize and enter those important Auction bids. Further, we will be offering space in our meeting room to setup Exhibitor booths ($500 per booth). See Exhibitor Summary for additional information.  Lastly, but certainly not least, we are offering an EARLY BIRD SPECIAL once again for anyone registering before March 15th.

The spouses will tour Bandelier National Monument, see spectacular Spanish-style weavings of the Trujillo family and other events described in the Spouse Program Summary.

Specific Hotel registration information and travel options can be found on the Hotel and Transportation Summary.  You have various registration options to select from that include the Annual Meeting itself, whether your spouse will be attending, playing golf on Sunday or GPS scavenger hunt, and whether you plan to have an exhibit booth.  When registering for either golf or the scavenger hunt, you may select multiple quantities for yourself and your spouse.
