The Embassy Suites on the Plaza has offered us an excellent rate of $129.00 per night, $10.00 per additional guest in a room and parking at $10 for Self parking or $15 for Valet parking. For those of you travelling in for other business, these rates will be honored for 2 days before and after our event subject to availability.
Please remember to make reference to ARDA or American Railway Development Association when registering to get our special rates.
